Zerion Software is a B2B high growth, enterprise-focused SaaS startup seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with excellent analytical and communication skills willing to not just prepare the strategy but also get involved with the day-to-day execution including design and creation of content, and most importantly have a solid background in forward facing technology. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with our leadership team and other team members to constantly refine our brand messaging, drive product marketing initiatives, develop compelling content for demand generation, manage events, and coordinate and oversee the Zerion Software Marketing Strategy. In this position, you will be responsible for the tactical launch programs of new products but also developing the overarching solution themes with product and development teams developing technical education tools and resources for customers and partners, building collateral and competitive positioning to assist the growing sales team.
Qualified candidates will be highly articulate, motivated, analytical, and have an understanding of Cloud/SaaS web technologies, and definitely have excellent written and presentation communication skills.
- Works with the leadership team to understand the company?s goals for acquiring new customers and for retaining and growing existing customers.
- Develops and executes a marketing plan to meet the company?s goals.
- Defines key metrics of success for the marketing team in a B2B SaaS company and institutes a metrics based measurement system.
- Examines and understands the primary and secondary competitors in the marketplace ? their strengths and weaknesses and points of competitive advantage/disadvantage.
- Provides the leadership team with a monthly marketing report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing relevant data and trends.
- Oversees the development of all marketing collateral ? print and digital.
- Develops and administers a marketing database for executing against demand generation initiatives.
- Minimum 3-5 years marketing experience at a Small to Mid-size B2B SaaS organization.
- Deep understanding of Inbound Marketing strategies and tactics.
- Social Media Savvy, SEO, SEM, SAS
- Detailed-oriented with ability to run projects from origin through execution.
- Willingness to learn and should be able to flourish in a high-growth, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
- Proven effectiveness and excellence in communicating with senior leadership.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial with hands-on approach towards all aspects of marketing.
Preferred Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Web Design Experience, Graphic Design Experience
